Clear communication has always been my passion.  Perhaps growing up with a Spanish mother and Scottish father had something to do with it.  Maybe 30+ years of computer teaching and consulting in the business world has shown me how well it can work, and how badly it can fail.  Whatever the reason, I insist on and consistently deliver communication that is clear, concise and a touch bold.
